SAME DAY DISPATCH
Orders received before 12pm, Mon to Fri will be dispatched the same day, typically arriving the next day even on standard delivery.
Orders placed on public holidays, weekends and after 12pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following working day.
- DOMESTIC STANDARD DELIVERY
- > 3-5 days: $5 - sent via courier
FREE shipping on any purchase over $50 (for Standard delivery orders only, not applicable for Express Delivery.
- DOMESTIC EXPRESS DELIVERY
- > 1-2 days: $15 - sent via couriers (Mon to Fri - no weekend deliveries)
- INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout depending on the country you want us to send your order to and final weight / size of the order.
- CHANGES TO ORDERS / CANCELLING ORDERS
Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received and accepted. This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.
We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.
